Domindam — Terms of Service

1. About Domindam

Domindam ("we," "us," "our") sells digital products related to UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite), including island/experience codes for maps we created, reusable UEFN assets, and educational content such as tutorials and courses ("Products"). By purchasing from or using our website, store, or services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Products

All Products sold by Domindam are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Products may include:

  • UEFN island/experience codes for maps created by Domindam
  • Reusable UEFN assets (props, devices, scripts, environments, etc.) that developers can import into their own projects
  • Tutorials, guides, and courses on UEFN creation and related skills
  • Other digital content as listed in our store

3. Not Affiliated with Epic Games

Domindam is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. "UEFN," "Fortnite," and related marks are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. References to UEFN or Fortnite are for descriptive purposes only.

4. Purchases and Delivery

  • Products are delivered digitally, typically via email, download link, file transfer, or account access, after payment is confirmed.
  • It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate email address or account information at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary; estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout where applicable.
  • Island/experience codes: grant access to play or reference a specific map/experience we created. These are provided for the purpose stated on the product page (e.g., inspiration, playtesting, showcase).
  • Assets: delivered as downloadable files (e.g., UEFN device presets, props, scripts, environment kits) for import into the Customer's own UEFN projects.
  • Tutorials/courses: delivered as access to video content, guides, or a learning platform/community, typically for a stated duration or as lifetime access, per the product listing.

5. License to Use

When you purchase a Product from Domindam, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product, subject to any restrictions listed on the product page:

  • Assets: may be used in the Customer's own UEFN projects, including commercial projects, unless the listing states "personal use only." Assets may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as standalone products (e.g., re-uploaded to another asset marketplace), even if modified.
  • Island/experience codes: may be used to view or play the experience as intended. Extracting, copying, or repackaging the underlying assets, code, or design from a purchased experience for redistribution is not permitted unless separately licensed.
  • Tutorials/courses: are licensed for the purchasing Customer's personal learning use. Course materials may not be redistributed, reuploaded, or shared outside the Customer's own account/access.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full before a Product is delivered.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

7. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with Domindam, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use purchased Products to violate Epic Games' Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Resell, share, or redistribute codes or assets without authorization
  • Attempt to obtain Products through fraudulent payment methods
  • Use our store or Products for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these terms may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or refusal of future service.

9. Intellectual Property

All UEFN assets, maps, and creative works sold by Domindam remain the intellectual property of Domindam or its original creators unless otherwise stated. Purchase of a Product grants a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

Domindam is not responsible for:

  • Issues arising from Epic Games' platform, servers, or policies
  • Loss of access to a Product due to Customer error (e.g., lost codes, wrong email)
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Products

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Product in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
